Venly Design is pleased to offer FREE consultation in-person* or via phone, email, video chat, or other means. This initial consultation is to discuss your ideas, needs, and wish list. From the consultation you will receive an estimate in one to two business days. For large or complicated projects, a second consultation may be required.
*For in-person consultations outside of the Cold Lake/Cherry Grove area, a one-way travel fee of $0.40/km will apply.
New construction
Looking to build your dream home? A new garage? Or maybe a shop to store all your tools and toys? Venly Design is here to make your building dreams come true. Drawings for new construction will include two preliminary revisions, the final construction drawings, and an illustrative rendering of your plan. Additional revisions will be provided at an hourly rate. Virtual walkthroughs may be available at an hourly rate with a minimum of 4 hours of work.
Additions and renovations
Whether it’s a new sunroom or a total remodel, Venly Design can transform your home. We can give your family the room you need, up your curb appeal with an exterior update, or give you the open concept entertaining space you’ve always wanted. Addition and renovation drawings will include two preliminary revisions, the final construction drawings, and an illustrative rendering. Additional revisions will be provided at an hourly rate. Virtual walkthroughs may be available at an hourly rate with a minimum of 4 hours of work.
